Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use to track the shipping status at any time.
How do returns work?
You have a 14-day right of return. You can easily initiate your return yourself. We will send you a return label that costs €2.99. All further details about the process can be found in our cancellation policy. We are happy to assist you every step of the way – just contact us if you have any questions!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, and other secure payment methods via Shopify Payments.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is €4.99; free shipping on orders over €100.
How long does shipping take within Germany?
Orders within Germany are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.
